d) Compensation angle: divided into "disabled compensation, manual compensation, and automatic edge compensation". When the compensation angle is set to 0 degrees, compensation is disabled; When the compensation angle is set to be greater than 360 °, it is automatic edge compensation; When the compensation angle is set to a value between 0 ° and 360 °, it is the current test angle compensation value.

e) Reference phase: ABC

ABCUse three-phase voltage as a reference (star connection), that is, connect the voltage and current correspondingly.

Single phase measurement: A phase/B phase/C phase represents single-phase measurement:

Note: Wireless single-phase measurement is fixed as phase A.

◆ Three phase measurement: ABC represents simultaneous measurement of three phases, with ABC (yellow, green, and red) leads respectively inputting three-phase voltage and current.

Compensation angle explanation:

Disable compensation: Indicates that the compensation angle is 0.

Explanation 1: The compensation angle is always "added" to the current voltage angle. For example, if the compensation angle is 1 ° and the actual current leads the voltage by 80 °, then the compensated current leads the voltage by 81 °. The instrument assumes that the three-phase AC power is in a "positive phase sequence", that is, A leads B by 120 ° and B leads B by 120 °. For reverse phase sequence systems, the A and C phases of the reference signal and current should be used in reverse.

manual compensationThe instrument defines the angle between 0 and 359.99 degrees. All angles can be plus or minus 360 degrees, for example, 120 degrees and -240 degrees or 180 degrees and -180 degrees respectively represent the same angle. Attention: There must be a basis for compensating for what angle. To compensate for the impact of MOA on the AC phase in phase B, the angle is reduced by adding B without changing C.

Automatic edge compensationWhen measuring three-phase MOA, due to the interference between phases, the current phase of phase A and C must be shifted towards phase B

Direction deviation, usually at an angle of about 2 ° to 4 °, leads to an increase in resistive current in phase A and a small or even negative phase transition in phase C.

The principle of automatic edge compensation (edge phase compensation) is: assuming that the influence of B on A and C is symmetrical, measure the angle Φ ca at which Ic leads Ia. The compensation for phase A is Φ 0a=(Φ ca-120 °)/2, and the compensation for phase C is Φ 0c=- (Φ ca-120 °)/2. This method actually averages the resistive currents of phases A and C, but it may also mask the issue. Therefore, it is recommended to assess raw data without edge compensation.

The interference on site may be complex, and if reasonable compensation cannot be made, it is recommended to record the raw data without compensation and examine the trend of data changes.

Measurement wiring

1Key points of wiring:

1.1 The instrument host is grounded.

1.2 Take full current: connect single-phase MOA to channel A (yellow), and connect three-phase to channel A (yellow), B (green), and C (red).

1.3 Take reference voltage: ABC, Corresponding to A (yellow), B (green), and C (red).

1.4 There is a fuse on the wire connecting the PT voltage, do not use other specifications of fuses or wires instead.

1.5 The instrument can only be used for low voltage and low current testing, and all leads must be kept away from high voltage.

Three phase measurement: Three phase wired voltage, adding extension lines for wiring means connecting the opposite joints of the extension lines in series between the "host" and the "voltage PT connector".

Single phase measurement: (The host wiring and three-phase measurement wiring are the same, the difference in the wiring of the test sample is which phase is connected and which phase is not measured. The detailed wiring of each phase is as follows:
